Payment Information

Patient Payment Responsibility

We collect all patient responsibility (copays, deductibles, and coinsurances) at Check-In for procedures and office visits.

We can give you an estimate of what you will be expected to pay, if you would like an estimate please call the billing department at 315-424-1430 ext. 4.

Please be aware that we have not collected outstanding deductibles in the past, and have billed patients for deductible amounts subsequent to payment and notification of your remaining deductible by your insurance carrier. We now have the ability to verify, in real-time, your outstanding deductible amounts at the time of service. We will be collecting these deductible amounts along with your co-pay or co-insurance amounts. Please bring your insurance card to every visit.

Any patient with a past balance will be asked to pay the balance and the estimated responsibility at check in.

Scheduling a Procedure

All procedures are done in the afternoon. Before a procedure can be scheduled a provider must do an evaluation of the area and agree with the procedure.

If you are scheduling a procedure, we will be able to provide you with an estimate of charges prior to the procedure. We will collect payment based on this estimate. Final charges will be determined following the completion of the procedure. Additional charges will be billed to you by statement, and any over-payments will be refunded by check. If you have a specimen sent to the lab, you may also receive a bill from the laboratory for the pathology/testing.

Cosmetic Procedures

To schedule a cosmetic service the treatment plan must be approve by your provider. There may be an initial cosmetic consultation fee for the first time that a cosmetic procedure is discussed.

Cosmetic procedure payments are only by cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted for cosmetic procedures.
