Patient Portal



On the portal, patients can:
  • Update information such as contact information, demographics, pharmacy, and medical histories
  • Review your clinical summary from previous visits (please allow at least 24 hours from appointment)
  • Review test results including pathology and laboratory (please allow 14 days for results to appear)
  • Message clinical staff regarding non-urgent matters


To access your records, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to tangoren.ema.md or select the "EMA Dermatology" icon above
  2. Enter your user name. Your user name is the first 2 letters of your first name, the first two letters of your last name, and the month and day of your birthday.
    Example: John Smith, DOB 02/01/1999, username = josm0201
  3. Enter your password. Your password was given to you at your last visit in the office.
    • If you lost or need a new password, please call 315-424-1430 ext 8. We will be more than happy to help you.


Please note:
Please contact the office directly by phone for all urgent matters(i.e. worsening of an illness). Portal messages will be answered within two (2) business days. Some information will not be reviewed/updated until your next scheduled visit in the office. For patient portal questions, please call 315-424-1430 ext 8.

The patient portal cannot be used to make, cancel, or reschedule appointments at this time.

As of March 1st, 2013, we are asking all patients to fill out our new paperwork. Please take the time to fill out these new forms and bring them with you to the appointment. Patients that have had appointments before March 1, 2013 are being asked to fill out our new patient paperwork found below. This paperwork allows the office to remain HIPAA compliant and better serve you as a patient.
